CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited,
the board of directors of Paracon ("the Board") hereby notifies its shareholders
that Mr Graham Bentley has resigned from the Board with effect from 2 March
2010. Graham is taking a three month sabbatical in order to attend to personal
matters and upon his return to the company, his responsibilities shall be solely
in sales. Therefore, the resolution relating to the re-election of Mr Graham
Bentley set out in the notice of annual general meeting ("notice") was withdrawn
at the annual general meeting of Paracon held today.
All the other resolutions set out in the notice were passed by the requisite
majority of shareholders.
The special resolution will be submitted for registration at the Companies and
Intellectual Property Registration Office in due course.
