CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with the requirements of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings
Requirements, the shareholders of the Company are advised that:
1. Mr A Mashiatshidi has been appointed as the Financial Director of the
Company, effective from 1 March 2010;
2. Mr J De Wet has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer effective from 15
March 2010; and
3. Mr E M Monnakgotla ceases to be a director of the Company with immediate
effect.
