CHANGE TO THE BOARD
In compliance with the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders
are advised that, effective 1 March 2010, Mr. G. Olivier resigned as the
Chief Financial Officer and as an Executive Director of the company. Mr.
Olivier will remain with the company until 31 March 2010, which will provide
the Board with some time to appoint a new Chief Financial Officer.
