In compliance with the requirements of rule 3.59 of the JSE Listings
Requirements, Value Group Limited hereby advises that Ms Johanna Catharina
Nel has tendered her resignation as company secretary with effect from 31
March 2010. Ms Nel is planning to pursue other interests.
The Board is interviewing suitable candidates for the position of company
secretary. In the interim, Mr Clive Lawrence Sack, the group financial
director of Value Group Limited, has been appointed as the company secretary
of the group with effect from 1 April 2010 until such time as a suitable
company secretary has been appointed.
The Board wishes to express its sincere appreciation for Ms Nel`s valuable
contribution to Value Group Limited and the Board over the past 9 years. The
Board wishes her every success in her future endeavours.
