CHANGES TO DIRECTORS` RESPONSIBILITIES
Shareholders are referred to the 26 February 2010 SENS announcement informing
shareholders of the appointment of Mr David Currie, Mr Ashruf Kaka, Mr Graham
Rosenthal and Mr Mohamed Junaid Husain as directors of the company.
Mr David Currie and Mr Ashruf Kaka`s appointments are as executive directors
(and not as non-executive directors as stated in the 26 February 2010
announcement). Mr Graham Rosenthal has been appointed as an independent non-
executive director. Mr. Mohamed Junaid Husain has been appointed as the non
executive Chairman of the company.
