CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited,
the board of directors of TCS ("the board") hereby notifies its shareholders
that Mr Abdul Shaheed Mohamed has tendered his resignation as an Executive
Director of TCS with effect from 1 March 2010. However, Shaheed will remain on
at the company until 30 April 2010 to complete his notice period.
The board thanks Shaheed for his contribution to the company, and wishes him
well in his future endeavours.
