Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcements dated 15 December
2009, 28 December 2009 and 10 February 2010 in which it was announced that RBA
has entered into agreements in respect of an acquisition of properties, subject
to certain suspensive conditions.
As the suspensive conditions were not fulfilled, caution is no longer required
when dealing in the company`s securities.
