DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE MSM SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for MASSMART HOLDINGS
LIMITED and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to MASSMART
HOLDINGS LIMITED (MSM) the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have declared
a dividend amount of 252 cents per MSMNID share instalment that is payable on
Tuesday, 23 March 2010. The payment will be rounded to two decimal places.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 12 March 2010. The Share
Instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 15 March 2010, the
record date will be Friday, 19 March 2010.
