CAPITAL REDUCTION DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE BVT SHARE
INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the capital reduction amount payable for THE BIDVEST
GROUP LIMITED and that as a result of the capital reduction declaration relating
to THE BIDVEST GROUP LIMITED (BVT) the Trustees of the Share Instalment have
declared a capital reduction amount of 207 cents per BVTNIF share instalment
that is payable on Monday, 29 March 2010.
The last day to trade cum capital reduction is Thursday, 18 March 2010. The
share instalment will commence trading ex capital reduction from Friday, 19
March 2010 and the record date is Friday, 26 March 2010.
