FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcements dated 28 December
2009 and 19 February 2010, and are advised that the Board has resolved to
proceed with the rights offer as previously advised in an amount of R60m at an
issue price of R0,01 cents per ordinary share, which rights offer is subject
to terms and conditions that are still under negotiations.
Further details regarding the right offer will be disclosed over the next few
days.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when
dealing in their Faritec securities until a further announcement is released.
