CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited,
the board of directors of Conduit Capital hereby notifies its shareholders that
Mr Harold Larry Prosser has been appointed as an executive director with effect
from 2 March 2010.
Larry has a law degree from the University of the Witwatersrand and has been
involved in various insurance and banking businesses over the past 20 years. His
most recent position was in the capacity of group CEO of a direct selling call
centre operation that employed 1 250 people.
Larry joins the Group as Head of Strategic Business Development.
