Shareholders are referred to the announcement on the Securities Exchange News
Service of the JSE Limited ("SENS") dated 1 March 2010 in terms of which Ideco
shareholders were informed that an announcement will be made on 5 March 2010
insofar as the posting of the Company`s annual reports are concerned.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised that the annual reports for the year ended
31 August 2009 will be posted to shareholders on 12 March 2010.
