CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders are hereby advised of the following changes to the board of
directors of Marshall.
Mr. A.R.C. Barclay retired as a director with effect from 31st December 2009;
and
Mr. L.H. Marshall has been appointed as an executive director of the company
with effect from 1st January 2010.
Lloyd Marshall will take up the role of Finance Director. He has worked for
Marshall for 10 years and has been responsible for banking, property and
investment portfolio administration within the Marshall Monteagle group and is a
director of various group subsidiary companies in Europe, U.S.A. and South
Africa.
