Appointment of David Adomakoh to O-line Board
Shareholders of O-Line ("O-Line shareholders") are referred to the announcement
on SENS dated 14 December 2009 ("the December SENS") and are advised that
following the implementation of the Tiso transaction (as defined in the December
SENS), David Adomakoh has been appointed as a director to the O-line board of
directors with immediate effect.
David is a former director, Chase Manhattan Limited, London; Head of the Chase
Manhattan Bank, Southern Africa; Executive Director of Robert Fleming South
Africa; and Head of Africa Corporate Finance at JP Morgan. He is also currently
Managing Director and a co-founder of Tiso Group (Pty) Limited.
David holds a BSc(Econs) Honours degree from the London School of Economics,
University of London, and a Diplome de Langue et de Civilisation from the
Sorbonne, Universite de Paris.
