Shareholders are referred to the circular to Trematon shareholders dated
19 February 2010 relating to the disposal by Trematon of its 20.8% equity
interest in Ingenuity Property Investments Limited to Jacana Assets Limited
and Mr L I Frenkel("the disposal") and are advised that at a general meeting
of Trematon shareholders held today, all the resolutions relating to the
disposal were approved by the requisite majority of Trematon shareholders.
