APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR
In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Skinwell is
pleased to advise shareholders of the appointment of Mr Wessel van der Merwe as
a non-executive director of Skinwell with effect from 8 March 2010.
Wessel (B Com (Hons) CA SA) has 14 years` experience in investment banking and
corporate finance and is experienced in all aspects of corporate finance. He
currently serves as the representative of a designated advisor on various boards
and is a member of the JSE AltX advisory committee.
