SHARE CONSOLIDATION AND FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE ODD LOT
OFFER
Shareholders are referred to the announcement dated 28 January 2010 and are
advised that the special resolutions relating to the consolidation of the share
capital of the Company as well as the Odd Lot Offer were registered with CIPRO
on 5 March 2010 and that there will be no changes to the salient dates and times
of the Consolidation and Odd Lot Offer as previously published.
The Odd Lot Offer will open on Thursday, 11 March 2010 at an Odd Lot Offer
repurchase price of R4.00 per share post consolidation.
