LODGEMENT OF AMENDED GOLD ONE CONSTITUTION WITH THE AUSTRALIAN SECURITIES AND
INVESTMENTS COMMISSION ("ASIC") AND ASX LIMITED ("ASX")
Shareholders are advised that Gold One`s amended constitution was lodged with
ASIC and ASX today, Friday, 12 March 2010 ("amended constitution"). The
amendments to the Gold One constitution were approved by the requisite majority
of Gold One shareholders at a general meeting of the company held yesterday,
Thursday, 11 March 2010.
The purpose of the amendments to the Gold One constitution is to streamline the
administrative processes of the company. The proposed amendments are summarised
and set out in full in the circular to Gold One shareholders that contained the
notice in terms of which the general meeting of the company`s shareholders was
convened.
