CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with Section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, in respect of a change to the Board of Directors ("the board"),
Hospitality is pleased to announce to its unitholders that Mr Frank Berkeley
has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director to the board with
effect from 11 March 2010.
Mr Berkeley completed his B.Com and B.Acc degrees at the University of the
Witwatersrand ("WITS") and qualified as a CA (SA) in 1982.
Mr Berkeley was previously Chief Executive Officer of Group Five Residential
Division and Divisional Director of Nedcor Investment Bank`s (NIB) Property
Division.
With the merger of Nedbank Ltd, NIB, Cape of Good Hope Bank and BOE during
October 2002, Frank became the Divisional Director of Nedbank`s Corporate
Property Finance Division.
On 30 June 2004 he was appointed as the Managing Executive of Nedbank
Corporate Property Finance.
Frank is also a director of Attfund Ltd, Acucap Properties Ltd and Sycom
Property Fund Managers Ltd.
