CHANGE IN STATUS OF A DIRECTOR
Following his appointment as managing director of Pareto Limited, Mr Marius Hoff
Muller tendered his resignation as an executive director of Pangbourne effective
30 April 2010. At the request of the board Mr Muller has agreed to remain on as
a non-executive (non-independent) director and his status will change
accordingly effective 30 April 2010.
