Shareholders are advised that, in terms of rule 3.59 of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited, Mrs. Diane Godfrey ("Diane") has been appointed
as the Company Secretary to Erbacon with immediate effect. Diane takes over this
function from Mr. Rob Braithwaite, the current Group Finance Director, in the
furtherance of recommended best governance practice.
