DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE MTN SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for MTN GROUP LIMITED
and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to MTN GROUP
LIMITED (MTN) the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have declared a
dividend amount of 192 cents per MTNNNE share instalment that is payable on
Monday, 12 April 2010. The payment will be rounded to two decimal places.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Wednesday, 31 March 2010. The Share
Instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Thursday, 1 April 2010,
the record date will be Friday, 9 April 2010.
