CHANGES TO THE BOARD
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
shareholders are advised that Mr Christie Els has been appointed to the position
of Financial Director of Buildmax with effect from 1 April 2010.
Mr Els is a chartered accountant and joins Buildmax from the Imperial group
where he occupied various managerial positions including Chief Financial Officer
of Imperial Logistics.
Mr Herman Fourie, the previous financial director, has been appointed chief
executive officer for Mining Services and remains on the board as an executive
director.
