As announced on 9 March 2010, Richard Gordon will be appointed as a Director of
the Company on completion of the proposed demerger of the Company`s central
London focused property investment and development division to a new company
called Capital & Counties Properties PLC, and John Abel will rejoin the Board at
the next annual general meeting of the Company.
Other than Mr Abel`s previous appointment as a Director of the Company, and Mr
Gordon`s appointment as alternate to Graeme Gordon, neither Director has held
any Directorships of publicly quoted companies in the past five years.
There is no further information to be disclosed in accordance with Listing Rule
9.6.13.
