The Metorex shares in issue change was not reflected on the Management of Shares
in Issue Index Change Advice due to a pending rights offer that was originally
set for Monday, 15 March 2010. The date for the rights offer has since been
revised to 19 March 2010. Following finalisation of the rights offer in the
ratio of 33.233 rights offer shares for every 100 Metorex shares held at a
subscription price of ZAR3.60 per rights offer and notification from the Stock
Exchange, FTSE and the JSE announces the following changes:
