RESULTS OF MEETING OF NEWGOLD DEBENTURE HOLDERS
A meeting of debenture holders in NewGold was held at 15 Alice Lane Sandton
today at 10.00 am pursuant to the prescribed notice requirements.(the
"Meeting").
NewGold debenture holders are advised that the following resolutions proposed at
the Meeting were passed with the requisite majorities:
To resolve that the amendments to the Memorandum of Association of NewGold are
amended as referenced in the notice to the Meeting.
To resolve that the amendments to the Articles of Association of NewGold are
amended as referenced in the notice to the Meeting.
To resolve that the Debenture Terms and Conditions are replaced in their
entirety by the Debenture Terms and Conditions as referenced in the notice to
the Meeting.
