Shareholders are hereby advised of:
- the appointment of Mr RS Mogototoane, the legal officer at Thebe Investment
Corporation (Proprietary) Limited (a major shareholder of EFH), as an
alternate director to Mrs L Gadd, a non-executive director of EFH; and
- the resignation of Mrs L Whitfield as a non-executive director of EFH and
her appointment as an alternate director to Mr R Paterson, a non-executive
director of EFH,
with immediate effect.
