CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited,
the board of directors of QPG ("the board") hereby notifies its shareholders
that Mr Kamil Abdul-Karrim has resigned as a non-executive director of the
company with effect from 18 March 2010 in order to rationalise his business
commitments and focus on his personal business interests.
The board thanks Kamil for his contribution to the company and wishes him well
in his future endeavours.
