RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the cautionary announcements dated 14 September 2009, 13 October
2009, 24 November 2009, 8 January 2010, 28 January 2010 and 4 February 2010,
shareholders are advised that certain of the suspensive conditions, as mentioned
in the announcement of 4 February 2010, have been extended by the parties to 26
March 2010.
Shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in the
company`s securities until a further announcement is made.
