DIRECTOR`S / PDMR`s INTERESTS
The Company announces that a conditional award over 24,154 ordinary shares of
5486/91 US cents in the capital of the Company, granted to Mrs Cynthia Carroll
upon her appointment as a director in 2007, vested on 19 March 2010. This
represents the third and final tranche of that award to vest.
9,904 Shares were sold at GBP27.50 each to settle the tax and national insurance
liability and the balance were released. Consequently, Mrs Carroll`s beneficial
interest has increased by 14,250 Shares.
The Company further announces that a conditional award over 14,072 ordinary
shares, granted to Mr Duncan Wanblad (a PDMR) upon his appointment in 2009,
vested on 19 March 2010.
5,770 Shares were sold at GBP27.50 each to settle the tax and national insurance
liability and the balance were released. Consequently, Mr Wanblad`s beneficial
interest has increased by 8,302 Shares.
The notification of these transactions is to satisfy the Company`s obligations
under the Financial Services Authority Disclosure and Transparency Rules 3.1.2
to 3.1.4.
