It is with great sadness that Pan African advises of the passing away of Mr John
Hopwood, independent non-executive director of Pan African on Thursday, 18 March
2010. John was appointed to the board of Pan African on 2 June 2008. John`s
overall business insight and experience will be greatly missed. The board
extends its sincere condolences to the Hopwood family during this difficult
time.
