("BettaBeta EWT40") (a portfolio under the BettaBeta Collective Investment
Scheme ("BettaBeta CIS") registered in terms of the Collective Investment
Schemes Control Act, 45 of 2002 ("CISCA")) with the portfolio shares

Applicants are referred to the initial announcement dated 23 February 2010 and
are advised that following the closing of the initial offer on 16 March 2010 and
the ramp up period on 19 March 2010, letters of allocations ("LOA`s") were
allocated to successful applicants in the ratio of 1 LOA for every R1 on 18
March 2010.
A conversion ratio of 0.03288389 was applied to each LOA resulting in 1 085 509
participatory interests in BettaBeta EWT40, issued at a price of R30.41 per
participatory interest. The participatory interests will be listed with effect
from the commencement of business on 25 March 2010, in the "Exchange Traded
Funds" sector of the JSE Limited under the JSE share code BBET40.
After taking into account rounding, all applicants who applied for participatory
interests in BettaBeta EWT40 in terms of the initial offer were allocated
participatory interests to the full value applied for.
