REPORT ON PROCEEDINGS AT ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
At the 63rd annual general meeting of the shareholders of African Bank
Investments Limited held today, 23rd March 2010, all the resolutions proposed at
the meeting were approved by the requisite majority of votes.
The registration of special resolution number 1 is subject to approval of the
resolution at a special class meeting, which was to be held today. This special
class meeting was adjourned due to no quorum being present at the meeting and
will instead be held on the 30th March 2010 at 10h45 at 59 16th Road, Midrand.
