RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY
In compliance with the section 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
Insimbi wishes to advise that Mr. Rene de Villiers has resigned as company
secretary to the Company with effect from 22 April 2010.
The board wish him well in his new ventures.
A new company secretary will be appointed in due course.
