RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcements released on SENS on 10
November 2009, 13 January 2010 and 24 February 2010. Shareholders are advised
that the strategic options under consideration relate to either a potential
recapitalisation of the Company or, alternatively, a potential offer being made
for the Company.
The process, which the Company is following with potential investors is well
advanced and its successful conclusion may have a material effect on the price
at which the Company`s shares are traded on the JSE Limited. Shareholders are
therefore advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in the Company`s
shares until a further announcement is made.
