Resignation - Chairman
Trustco Group Holdings Ltd hereby announces that the Chairman of the Board of
Directors Dr Dawid Namwandi was elected as a Member of the National Assembly of
Namibia. In addition he was appointed as the Deputy-Minister of Education.
In view thereof Dr Namwandi tendered his resignation as a director with
immediate effect and effective from 24 March 2010.
A regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on 31st
March 2010. At that meeting the Board will resolve to fill the vacancy caused by
the resignation of Dr Namwandi until the next Annual General Meeting.
A further announcement will be made after the meeting to be held on 31st March
2010.
