RESIGNATION/APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY
In compliance with the requirements of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings
Requirements, Super Group hereby advises that Duarte de Quintal has tendered his
resignation as Company Secretary with effect from 31 March 2010. Nigel Redford
is appointed Company Secretary of Super Group in his stead.
The board of Super Group ("the Board") wishes to express its sincere
appreciation for Duarte`s contribution to Super Group and the Board.
