CHANGE IN COMPANY SECRETARY
Shareholders are advised that, in terms of rule 3.59 of the Listing
Requirements of the JSE Limited, Mrs K E Robinson has, with effect from 1
April 2010, been appointed Company Secretary of Aveng Limited in place of Mr
G J Baxter who retires from the Group at the end of June 2010.
The Board thanks Mr Baxter for his contribution to the Group over the past 30
years.
