CHANGE IN COMPANY SECRETARY
Shareholders are advised that, with effect from 1 April 2010:
- Mr. Iain Stephen will no longer fulfil the role of company secretary but
will remain as the Financial Director for Franki Africa (Pty) Ltd, a wholly
owned subsidiary of Esorfranki; and
- Ithemba Governance and Statutory Solutions (Pty) Limited has been appointed
as the company secretary of Esorfranki.
