In accordance with the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders
are advised of the following changes to the Company:
APPOINTMENT OF FINANCIAL DIRECTOR
Mr Jacques Kriel, the current Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") of the Company,
shall in addition to his role as CEO, be fulfilling the role of Financial
Director of the Company with immediate effect.
CHANGE IN FINANCIAL YEAR-END
Shareholders are advised that Fairvest`s financial year-end will change from 31
March to 30 June, with effect from the current financial year.
CHANGE OF REGISTERED OFFICE
Shareholders are further advised that the Company`s registered office and postal
address has been changed to the following:
