TRADING STATEMENT
In terms of paragraph 3.4(b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, a
listed company is required to publish a trading statement as soon as it is
satisfied that a reasonable degree of certainty exists that the financial
results for the period to be reported on next, will differ by at least 20% from
those of the previous corresponding period.
Shareholders are advised that Jubilee expects its loss per share and headline
loss per share for the 6 month period ending 31 December 2009 to be between 70%
and 73% lower compared to the previously reported corresponding period.
The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been
reviewed or reported on by Jubilee`s auditors.
The Group`s results for the period ending 31 December 2009 will be published on
or about 30 March 2010.
