CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are advised in terms of rule 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of
the JSE Limited, of the resignations of Mr Norman Noland, as a non-executive
director, and Mr Deon van Rooyen, as acting financial director, from the board
of directors of the Company with immediate effect.
The board expresses its appreciation for their services and contribution to the
Company.
Shareholders are hereby advised that Queensgate has appointed Arcay Corporate
Finance to assist the board of directors and steering committee in a
restructuring process, the details of which will be announced to shareholders as
soon as practically possible.
Further to the SENS announcement of 12 March 2010, shareholders are advised to
continue to exercise caution in trading of Queensgate shares on the JSE Limited
until a further announcement is made.
