CATEGORY 1 CIRCULAR, REVISED LISTING PARTICULARS AND RIGHTS OFFER CIRCULAR
Shareholders are referred to the announcements released on 14 December 2009,
26 February 2010 and 10 March 2010 in relation to the Myriad rights offer
("the rights offer") and the acquisition by Myriad of a 51% interest in
Litha Healthcare (Proprietary) Limited ("category 1 acquisition") and are
advised that the circulars to Myriad shareholders in respect of the rights
offer and the category 1 acquisition together with the revised listing
particulars have been dispatched.
RIGHTS OFFER
The rights offer opens today and will be implemented in accordance with the
timetable detailed in the SENS announcement released on 10 March 2010.
CATEGORY 1 ACQUISITION
The category 1 acquisition remains conditional upon the implementation of
the rights offer and Myriad receiving the requisite shareholder approval
from Myriad shareholders present (in person or by proxy) and voting at the
general meeting to be held on Wednesday, 21 April 2010, other than Blackstar
Group Plc.
