RESULTS OF THE ODD-LOT OFFER AND SPECIFIC OFFER TO REPURCHASE SHARES
Vodacom shareholders are hereby advised of the outcome of the odd-lot offer
and specific offer to repurchase shares, both of which closed on Friday 26
March 2010.
The results of the odd-lot offer are as follows:

Vodacom, through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Wheatfields Investments 276
(Proprietary) Limited, repurchased a total of 2 426 471 shares, representing
0.16% of the issued share capital of the company for a total consideration of
R137 362 523. The number of shareholders was reduced by 50 005 representing
approximately 52% of the total number of shareholders.
