The appointment of the Financial Director
In compliance with Rule 3.59 of the JSE Listing Requirements, the company has
pleasure in advising shareholders that Mr. Mervyn van Zyl has been appointed as
the Financial Director, as of 1 April 2010.
Prior to this appointment, Mervyn was the Financial Director of one of Kagiso
Media`s investee companies, LexisNexis (Proprietary) Limited for 14 years.
