NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of ADvTECH will be held
at 10 am on Tuesday, 18 May 2010 at ADvTECH House, Inanda Greens, 54 Wierda Road
West, Wierda Valley, Sandton. The notice of annual general meeting is issued
with the annual report, which contains the annual financial statements of
ADvTECH for the year ended 31 December 2009, to be distributed to shareholders
on 30 March 2010.
