Shareholders are advised that Universal`s annual report, incorporating the
audited financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2009, was
dispatched today and contains no changes from the audited results which were
published on SENS on 8 March 2010.
The annual report contains a notice of Annual General Meeting for Universal
members, which will be held in the Main Boardroom at PKF (Jhb) Inc., 42 Wierda
Road West, Wierda Valley, Sandton, at 10h00 on Monday, 31 May 2010.
