DIRECTORS DEALINGS ANNOUNCEMENT
In terms of Section 3.63 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
shareholders are advised of the following dealings by directors whereby Meromate
Investments (Proprietary) Limited ("Meromate"), an entity in which Mr JD Bright
owns 100% of the issued ordinary share capital, has entered into sale of shares
agreements with various purchasers including the various directors whose
dealings are disclosed below, including Mr JD Bright, at a selling price of 200
cents, which selling price shall be revised from time to time to take account of
the annual liabilities of Meromate as well as the dividends received by Meromate
in respect of the shares held by Meromate after 31 March 2010 ("the Sale
Price"):
