CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited,
the board of directors of KCM hereby notifies its shareholders that Riaan
Visser has been appointed as executive director and company secretary with
effect from the close of business Tuesday, 30 March 2010.
Mr Visser is currently the financial manager of HSH Construction group, a
group that is engaged in construction and property development. He is a
Chartered Accounted and has been involved in alluvial diamond mining since
1995. Mr Visser is based in Kimberley.
