financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2009 was posted to
shareholders on Wednesday, 31 March 2010. The annual report will be made
available on the Company`s website on www.liberty.co.za. An abridged report will
not be published as the information previously published in Liberty Holdings`
audited results on Thursday, 25 February 2010 is unchanged.
PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. audited the results and the annual financial
statements of the Liberty Group and their report is available for inspection at
the registered offices of Liberty Holdings.
Notice of the Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the 42nd Annual General Meeting of Liberty
Holdings` shareholders will be held on the Fourth Floor, Liberty Life Centre,
1 Ameshoff Street, Braamfontein, Johannesburg 2001 on Thursday, 13 May 2010 at
09:00 to transact the business as stated in the notice of the annual general
meeting, which will be issued to shareholders in accordance with s186 of the
Companies Act No. 61 of 1973.
